Expected Result
It seems that there's a small problem with stocks API. For instance, "HOUR" is a new stock, but when I query it, it says it can't find it via Ticker Details vX API. It's also not available in the /v3/reference/tickers list.

We currently do not support IPOs until the next trading session. We have plans to support upcoming IPOs, however I do not have a concrete ETA to do so.

Reference Tickers now supports IPO tickers, however the metadata associated with them will not be available until EOD.
