Please, this extension is the best, but I just want the playback speed to ALWAYS be 1 on every single page I open, always, but if I change speed on one then that speed stays for any new page I go to, I want the speed change to only affect the page I'm looking at and not any other page open or that will open in the future, is that possible ?

Hello! Glad you find the extension useful! Let me know if you need help setting this up.

Simple solution: For all new tabs to start at 1x: You can enable 'Pin by default' in the options page and set the initial state to 'New context'.

More comprehensive solution:
However, if you want all pages to start at 1x and not just all new tabs.

  1. In the URL rule section, click Create to add a new URL rule.
  2. Click on --0-- to open the URL conditions panel.
  3. Click on Create to add a URL condition.
  4. Replace example.com with http. Since all websites contain http, all websites will match.
  5. Click on the background to exit out of the URL conditions panel.
  6. Ensure the URL rule is set to Speed = 1.
