[Feature Request] Add an option to "bring your own" server.

I'm currently in the process of switching our server code to Elysia, and would love to also use it with ponder api, type safety and frontend clients with Eden is so awesome.

Maybe having smth like a ponder server interface (with context, and method to fetch status, metrics, yoga etc) exported from @ponder/core
and having a package like @ponder/hono-server, that would implement this interface and provide the actual server?

This way, if someone want to build a custom server provider, implement other stuff than hono, he could just use the interface and build his ponder instance with it
