Bug: Closing the last window in a workspace then switching workspaces to other window causes glitchy animation #829

Steps to reproduce:

Have 2 windows on 2 workspaces
Close the window in the first workspace
Alt/Super+Tab to the remaining window

Expected behavior:
Workspace animates to the workspace with the window.

Actual behavior:
The 2nd window flashes on the screen before the animation plays and brings the 2nd window into view again.
