Opening launcher snaps window origin back on screen

If the top left of a window is outside of the current screen the window is on, the window is snapped back on to the screen when the launcher is opened. This behavior would make sense but since it only happens when the top left is outside of the screen, when the right or bottom is outside the behavior does not occur.
