Dock and Panel overlap and obscure each other when autohide is on and no apps are open #328

Under the following conditions:

autohide is on for both Dock and Panel,
Panel is at top of screen
Dock is on the side of the screen
there are no apps open

The Dock and Panel cross over in the corner and overlap, causing a part of each to be unusable (see upper-right corner):
