The "Switch to workspace N" keyboard shortcuts require that you first switch to the right monitor, meaning more keystrokes or using the mouse.
I feel that if I have 6 workspaces open on two monitors they should be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, not 1, 2, 3 and 1, 2, 3. It would be good if there were some way that you could have workspaces 1, 2, 3 on monitor 1, and 4, 5, 6 on monitor 2, so that a single keyboard shortcut goes to the desired workspace directly.
I suspect this would need to be done by having permanent workspaces pop-os/cosmic-epoch#513, and maybe dynamic workspaces only on the last screen, or something, or that it would be closely related to #93 which is about dragging workspaces because that logically could include dragging them between monitors.
