Issue
I can use the "Select all" checkbox even if I don't have any usb drives connected

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
I open popsicle
I choose an iso image and continue
I mark the "Select all" checkbox having no USB drive connected

Expected behavior:
I expect it will not be possible to use the "Select all" checkbox if I have no usb drive connected
