[Feature request] Quality of life improvements for GameMode #11

Some things that would make it much easier to manager from GameMode vs Desktop

Can you add a quit button on the main screen for those that don't autoclose the menu or just want to configure things? When launching in game mode, it requires a force quit from the Steam menu then.
Gamepad support
"+" icon for WADs does not seem to work in game mode (browse for other folders like IWAD (top right) seem to open a file browser ok.
