Spanish from Spain and South America is quite different. Is there any way of adding a differenciation between them at the settings?

I know this is not as easy, as some torrents does not specify properly the dub spanish version they have but would be awesome if we get the possibility of listening some films in Spanish from Spain.

South America has several slangs of Spanish, it's way different the accent from Argentina to Mexico or Ecuador. The same happens in English, where there's U.S. Accent versus U.K. versus Australia. The same for French (Canada) versus France. So maybe it needs to tell which accent or country rather than "language".

That issue is a responsibility of the uploader or ripper of the movie or the subtitles, to add the proper metadata to the MKV file. Such programs like MKVToolNix-GUI allow to edit each track's metadata in deep detail:

Even some official websites like Google Movies & TV don't display which region the audio or subs are so you really can't tell until you watch it. This example is Sherlock Holmes 2 Film Collection:

Others like Apple TV give more information about the audio but not the subtitles. For example Sherlock, which is a British show, likely has only the British accent, although Apple's website says it's in American English too. So it should have at least 2 English tracks (I did not watch it so can't tell):

Another tip to keep in mind, is that almost all of the time the "uploaders" or movie transcoders, remove all of the audio and subs tracks from the movie except the one that they speak or want to promote, so if it has 17 subtitles and 5 audio channels, and the guy is US American, will leave only American audio and sub track, removing French, Spanish, and whatever it has. And all of it just for the sake of saving 1 GB in a 20 GB movie. So the guys from other countries can't really watch that movie and have to download all over again a different file. And the same happens in other countries too, where they want to promote only their language or accent. Even the DVD and Blu-Ray can make this too. There are multi-language mkvs out there but are rare, so I don't know how this feature will be implemented.
