Setting up Socks5 Proxy in Linux

If the the proxy option does not work in your Linux distribution, you could try to configure your socks5 proxy, then use any available editor such as vim or nano to edit the /usr/share/applications/popcorntime.desktop file and add --proxy-server="socks5://127.0.0.1:1080" %U at the end of the Exec=popcorntime line
