Charging a Energy Cell(RF) When Outputting From that cell, will not charge up.

Basically the title says it all, this is the only problem I have with this and it is the same problem since before your fork. Here are some pictures showing my setup and how to see this minor bug that is slightly annoying with automation.

If you click the link and click the first picture, you can cycle through them and they tell you some info on the bottom left.

I really hope this can be Solved! Your version seems less buggy :)

Edit: I found a setup that does work, which I find really weird that this one works I added it in to the rest of the pictures the last one.
