The following columns could be populatied as well:

  • Capture_Type
  • UDG
  • Library_Built
  • Genotype_Ploidy
  • Data_Preparation_Pipeline_URL
  • Endogenous
  • Genetic_Source_Accession_IDs

Additionally: Contamination_Meas should include the tools version (currently that is stored in the Contamination_Note).
