What exactly should be documented per institution? Name, city, country? So e.g. Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, Leipzig, Germany

I guess it should be the "Owning institution", a bit like in Pandora. So usually this would be a state agency, museum or private collection. We could let this relatively flexible, and in many cases this would be quite clear. So something like "State Museum of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany" or so?
