Hello, what kind of cloud account are you having trouble with? What steps are you doing and what message do you get?

@shanzha9 do you mean cloud sync for your IDE settings as described in #3922? This feature provided by VS Code uses Microsoft servers/telemetry/etc. Our builds of Positron are more like VS Codium than the Microsoft-provided builds of VS Code in that we have turned off all access to such servers and telemetry; see #2882.
