Describe the issue:

The highlighting around the modal buttons in the light mode can be difficult to see around some buttons. Such as the OK button. The video below shows tabbing around in that modal through the elements. A couple of them are nearly impossible to tell that they are the active element. In particular the checkbox for "Open in new window" and the OK button.

Expected or desired behavior:

All selected elements would be easily distinguished as selected.

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?
