Lets add this required module into power clusters while installing k8s itself

[root@rdr-prow-k8s-worker3 ~]# cat /etc/modules-load.d/loop.conf
loop
[root@rdr-prow-k8s-worker3 ~]#

$insmod loop

May be there is better way to delete with this via ansible playbooks
