Death vs model exit #29

The model currently only accounts for death as a way for agents to leave. Since we use mortality as a calibration param, this leads to mortality rates removed from the real-world data. Those "deaths" should be either not counted as deaths or be counted as something separate (migration?).

Also needs to include aging out.
