Bug description

Whenever I play any beatmap there is a slight lag on the first approach circle which usually means I only get an 100 or even 50. But as of lately it seems to be getting worse to the point that if I continue playing the beatmap there's some offset that seems greater than 100ms. The bug usually occurs on longer play sessions which for all I know might be some sort of memory leak. I've also noted that with the attached videos, especially with the closeups, the audio of the hitsounds and song sound completely the same yet with the bug there's ovbiously some sort of offset from the the 100's and 50's. It's also noteworthy that even on a fresh start of osu in the what I'm calling the normal play, there is a very minute fresh but there still is one.

I've seen other issues that are similar but none that mention a complete offset for the rest of the map.
