instead of having 3 env vars NEO4J_CON NEO4J_USER NEO4J_PASS. we only pass one variable, named NEO4J with a json string now. this json contains py2neo connection parameters. see https://github.com/covidgraph/motherlode#the-neo4j-connection-string for more details.
