Stable deployment of 8 applets.

The following applets are working and stable.

• groceries
• wordhunt
• echo
• permissions
• invite
• weather
• jokes

Further, doc structures have been built with Sphinx and deployed to api.preritdas.com with Firebase. GitHub actions are set up for automatic doc builds and Firebase deployments.

Awaiting live test.

Tested locally, needs to be tested in deployment with Gunicorn and ngrok with Nexmo posting to the endpoint.
