I connected Gitium to an empty Github repo just to try it out. Then I uninstalled Gitium and everything was deleted. Got the same as in #179. Please help me? This is unacceptable plugin behavior IMO.

Hello, @reveritas!

Please accept our apologies for the problem you have encountered, and for the late reply. In my testing, I was unable to reproduce this behavior on a development website. Do you remember getting any errors at that time or if you checked the error logs after this issue?
