Missing libraries in setup.py #1

Hi, thanks for the library!

setup.py has pandas as a requirement but it also needs requests and lxml (I installed both from conda).

I'll note that I'm using this with Python 3.7 and Pandas 1.0.3 and it is working fine, cheers.
