Describe the bug

I enter number with decimal to your website inputnumber component. When I put a comma or dot, input resets all entries. Just i saw this error on mobile phone keyboard. I just tested on Android.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to your primevue site and open InputNumber component. Just enter decimal value for Min-Max Fraction Digits part.

Expected behavior

InputNumber should not reset the entered.
