Right now we have the ERC20 contracts copied into arbmod. Instead, they should be pulled in like we do for Portfolio. We should reserve arbmod for hand crafted contracts that serve a special purpose to arbiter.

Also, perhaps we add solmate explicitly as a submodule too. Thoughts @0xJepsen ?
