Privacy Badger blocks chat.privacytools.io at times when using Riot Web

Would it be possible to add the DNT policy so Privacy Badger would always whitelist it?

Invidious ships with the .well-known/dnt-policy.txt which leads to Privacy Badger allowing embeds from Invidious instances and it shows a checkmark which works as a link to the policy. I think something similar could benefit Matrix.
