Loading

Intergate resources page with backend
Add fetching states (isLoading, isError etc)
In the resouces page just fetch all the subjects and display it
When clicked a resource card, navigate to /resources/:subjectId in the frontend
Make a container for /resources/:subjectId and route it in react
When a use goes to /resources/:subjectId, get the subjectId and fetch the resources and display as following:
Make the following horizontally scrollable
