more metadata for zotero

The posts are not auto-grabbable by Zotero. We should be able to add metadata to the HTML to allow this to happen. We also don't actually provide any citation information for people on the off-chance anyone wants to cite a lesson directly. The date the lesson was approved isn't shown, for example. Nor is there any detail on versions of the lesson (if they have been updated, etc).

@acrymble - If you can give me some information you'd like to provide in the citation, and which fields from the lesson to use, I can add a citation. Let's use issue #34 for this, since the citation is separate from helping Zotero read our metadata. As for zotero-readable, we could either get the COinS plugin or add our own meta tags to the theme header.
