Rename MCAD Custom Resource #40

On reviewing https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/extend-kubernetes/custom-resources/custom-resource-definitions/, our usage of "mcad" as the resource name goes against best practices. We should rename the CRD to conform.

opendatahub-io/data-science-pipelines-operator#29 can provide some useful guidance as well.

Admittedly an old issue, but this one also has an idea on how to approach migration: operator-framework/operator-sdk#560
