Maintain installed contributions upon restarting a fresh container

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I restart the flogo-docker image, I loose all the contributions I installed previously. I can see them if I restart the previous container.

It is good to persist the contributions which are installed in my session as they take time to install them and prevent me from importing an application which is using them.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently I am restarting the same container in which I installed my contributions.
