Chief Data Officers' list not updated

I found that the Chief Data Officers' list is not updated when I was browsing the Dashboard's human capital section.

In the Dashboard, the Department of Interior and the Environmental Protection Agency show their CDOs; but not in the list. (but seems like they are both 'acting'ones.)
Contrary, in the CDOs' list, the Department of Health and Human Services shows their CDO; but not inteh dashboard.

Could you point out which one is the latest or reliable?
