in cases where one forgot to stop an ongoing fact but still remembers the relevant end time it would be nice to pass a separate 'end' option to the 'stop' command to use this passed value instead the default 'now'. As this is optional it will be possible to introduce this without breaking compatibility

So far we have implement the client code. Now we have to wait for
hamsterlib to implement the backend functionality.
