Unline the english baseline strings, several of the languages we offer translations for do distinguish between addressing someone formally or informally. As different translators may opt for different resolutions to this ambiguity it seems sensible to offer a consistent guideline on this matter.

As I have not strong preference either way, user feedback is very much needed!.
