[mysql-exporter]: metrics missing

Hello everyone,
I have installed the exporter version 0.16.0.
The mysql engine version of my RDS is the 8.0.32.
The user that I use to scrape has the REPLICATION CLIENT, SELECT and PROCESS permission, however it seems that the metrics mysql_global_status_seconds_behind_master is not available.
Which metric (or combination of metrics) can I use in order to monitor the replication status?
I can not find these metrics as well:

mysql_global_status_innodb_buffer_pool_pages_free
mysql_global_status_innodb_buffer_pool_pages_total

Which metric (or combination of metrics) can I use in order to monitor the memory usage?

Additionally I am trying to use this grafana dashboard, but there are many metrics that are missing, e.g.:

mysql_global_status_innodb_mem_adaptive_hash
mysql_global_variables_innodb_additional_mem_pool_size
mysql_global_status_innodb_mem_dictionary
mysql_global_variables_query_cache_size{
mysql_info_schema_threads
mysql_global_status_qcache_free_memory
mysql_global_variables_query_cache_size

and many others (e.g. the _bucket metrics, queries cache) ... Does anyone have any suggestion about which dashboard to use in order to get reliables visualizations?
