How to config snmp exporter for connect different device (nx-os switch; mikrotik,...) with different community?
change config snmp.yaml or prometheus.yml?

While the file snmp.yml has only one "community" And with every change it gets an error

First of all create a snmp.yaml with the appropiate auth details (community in this case) and then change the auth parameter in the prometheus.yml (or anything included from there) to the new auth section you created in the first step.
