At the moment pronto-fasterer requires ~> 0.10.0.

This rules out the new version 0.11.0: DamirSvrtan/fasterer#106 (comment)

Can it be relaxed to ~> 0.10? ie allow higher minor versions?

@ashkulz Any chance we could get a new release to support fasterer 0.11.0 ? This gem is holding back upgrading upgrading fasterer, which in turn is holding back from upgrading other dependant gems.
