helper scripts and bioprogs #295

in order to provide a working docker image, we must provide all of the helper scripts and bioprogs as well.
I am not sure about the possibility of this due to license issues. Incompatible code cannot be part of the repo but the docker image can be in a separate repo with strong copy-left. It would be nice to have a separate repo for helper scripts in order to maintain them.

I guess we need to check all licenses, let's start here.

  • HHsuite: GPL-3, compat: no, separate repo possible: yes

For local development we could start by just using tools where we can make due with just the publicly available code
