File upload when adding new content (document and meetings) fails to upload #2635

Describe the bug

Files uploaded when creating document content or meetings content is not loading in the media library.

Files can be uploaded directly to the media library from /wp-admin/upload.php

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to add document (or meeting)
  2. Click on add file
  3. Upload file
  4. File fails to load

Expected behavior

File should load

WP Media Folder has a new version so I'll start there. I do also see that a document isn't uploading as expected.

@kevindherman updating WP Media Folder fixed this on proudcity.com which had the same problem in my testing. I'm rolling the fix out to all sites now.
