URLs for specific consumers are invalid - need encoding

Describe the bug (actual behavior)

We were trying to record a URL link into our docs about a specific consumer under a topic.
We browsed to the right place and got this link:

https://kafka-ui.ourdomain.com/ui/clusters/kafka/consumer-groups/Common.Scheduling.SchedulerHostedService%601[[Common.Entities.Scheduling.AccountDeviceBulkSchedule,%20Common.Entities,%20Version=1.0.0.0,%20Culture=neutral,%20PublicKeyToken=null]]

But this link is not really usable in most browsers. Pasting it into Firefox just results in a blank page.

We think it needs the square brackets encoded as %5B - then it is usable

Expected behavior

A usable URL link to a particular consumer

Click the listed consumer
Copy the URL from the browser URL bar
