RatRig VCore3.1 200 mm printer profile missing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The RatRig 200 printer profile is missing and hence not a choice in the configuration assistant.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the profile, copy/paste from 300 profile, just add the correct dimensions plus the stl/svg (attached) for the bed visualization
