This is an issue created specifically for Alpha 2

Major features:

Read data from MAX2769
Read data from Crescent GPS
Send data over Ethernet to FC
Respond to version command.

Be able to write a string to Crescent over serial.
Document one time configuration string for Crescent.
Stretch goal: if SD card logging works, log MAX2769 to it instead of send over ethernet.
