Consider better partitioning

Currently the tables have unique partition and row keys, which are just the words themselves. This works yet such a strategy partly discards usage of Table Storage optimized for fast search by partition and row keys.

Maybe when we have more understanding what info is going to be stored in each table, partitioning should be reconsidered.
