Uninstaller doesn't check if Psi is running

Uninstaller doesn't check (or doesn't detect) if Psi is running, so the deletion of Psi files doesn't happens if one proceed with the uninstall wizard while Psi is running.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
Version: Psi 1.3

Thanks for the report. I'm planning to migrate to Qt Installer framework for the next release. So it's going to have much more problems for the first release =)
