We can currently add courses in new terms, but lack a way to hide courses no longer taught.

Should also include a way to display and un-hide courses that have been hidden. Should not be too fancy !!! No reason it shouldn't just be a hidden flag on the course itself, or simply which term it was hidden during (cleared if it is unhidden)
