Now input and output variable names, and other extra configurations such as specific values for certain variable names are now set in options(), but it tends to be complex and has arbitrary naming conventions. So, documentation is extremely urging for any users if they are new to this package. This will be a little boring and arduous. For now, this issue will be delayed.
