Describe the bug
After moving Docker image builds to GitHub Actions the following issues are seen:

  • The created images are not correctly tagged.
  • Image builds are not done only when new releases are made, but rather at all merged PRs.

To Reproduce
Images are just tagged with master.

Expected behavior

  • Images should only be built when new releases are created.
  • Tags should match the semver of the just created release.
