This is a refinement of #169.
Also related to #179.
When importing reload tasks from Excel file, it should be possible to optionally also import apps from QVF files.
It should also be possible to associate the imported tasks with the just previously imported apps.
Task and app definitions would be on different sheets in the Excel file.
This way it would be possible to build entire reload trees and ETL flows from definitions in an Excel file, plus QVF files on disk.
