Command master-item-dim-get: Output also colouring info for dimensional values

In current version of Ctrl-Q the basic colouring info for a master dimension is shown in the output data (table or json).
That does however not include any per-dimensional-value colouring data that has been defined for the master dimension.

Include that per-value colouring data in the output.

For table output the new data can be added to the Coloring column.

For JSON output the new data can be added to a new section "colorMap" in the JSON object.
