Pour le moment le tri des délibérations (/routes/deliberations/index.svelte) est fait à la volée en js. Il faut mettre à jour queryParams et pour que le filtrage soit fait au niveau de l'API.

Exemple de requête envoyée à l'API :

http://127.0.0.1:8984/cbc/deliberations?start=0&count=20&searchQuery=ecole
