Customizer doesnt work

Expected Behavior

Normally, when going to Appearence -> Customizer it looks something like this:

Current Behavior

If PublishPress is installed and activated, the customizer site in appearence shows this:

Currently I deactivate PublishPress to customize and activate it again if I want to do something with the blocks. They still show on the website, even when Plugin is deactivated. Which is good tbh, but would be better without switching.

I'm also getting these errors in my console:
